MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Account development and focus on prospecting new customers (SaaS platform sales, training and consulting projects);
- Planning and execution de sales actions for technology services;
- Submission of proposals, negotiation and closing of contracts with clients;
- Management of the client portfolio and contracts;
- Establishment, monitoring and analysis of sales KPIs;
- CRM management and commercial prospecting tools;
- Prospecting and managing commercial business partners;
- Measuring and monitoring the level of customer satisfaction, identifying needs and expectations;
- Creation e implementation of processes for the business cycle.
REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for autonomous, proactive, communicative, responsible people, attentive to details and willing to learn and grow with the company.
- Mandatory higher education;
- Relevant previous experience in B2B sales;
- Excellent verbal and written communication;
- Knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques;
- Profile comercialhunter;
- Profilehands-onfocused on results.
DIFFERENTIALS
- Previous experience with selling software or technology services;
- Postgraduate degree related to sales, market or commercial;
- Proficiency in English and/or Spanish.
ABOUT THE SPOT
- PJ hiring with full-time dedication;
- In-person vacancy (office located in Vila Mariana, in São Paulo), with the possibility of partial home office;
- Willingness to travel;
- Remuneration monthly FIXED + VARIABLE.
